If you're not happy with iCoderAgent within the first 14 days of a new paid subscription, contact us and we'll refund that charge in full — no detailed justification needed.
Email support@icoderagent.com with the email address you subscribed with. Since Paddle.com is our payment processor and merchant of record, Paddle processes the actual refund once we approve the request — refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer.
Subscriptions are billed per period (e.g. monthly) and don't auto-refund for partial/unused time after the 14-day window. Canceling stops future renewals, but the current paid period stays active through its end date. Refunds after 14 days are handled case-by-case — reach out if something went wrong (e.g. a billing error or duplicate charge) and we'll take a look.
